Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Sarah Epsom LTD. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at artbysarahnce@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return an item.

  2. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging or a suitable alternative, including all original materials ( labels, etc.).

  3. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to the following address

  4. Retain Proof of Postage: Keep a record of your postage and tracking number for your records.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.   

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

  • If the item is faulty, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Faulty Items:

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately.

  • We will arrange for the return of the faulty item and either issue a full refund or send you a replacement.
