Trading Terms – Sarah Epsom
1. Purchase of Goods
1.1 Orders must reach a minimum order value of £50.00 (excluding VAT). Minimum pack sizes apply to each product in each range.
1.2 Cards with a minimum of 6 per design.
1.3 Homeware with a minimum of 3 per design (applies to both mugs and tea towels)
1.4 Stock ordered is on a firm sale basis unless otherwise agreed by Sarah Epsom LTD.
2. Delivery
2.1 Free UK Carriage on stationery & paper goods ONLY orders of £150 or more
2.2 Free UK Carriage on COMBINED stationery & homeware and homeware only orders of £250 or more
2.3 Estimated delivery times will be provided based on your order size and location
3. Payment of Goods
Sarah Epsom LTD retains title to the goods until all invoices are paid in full.
3.1 Payment Methods
We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer.
3.2 Proforma Payment
3.2.1 All initial orders will be placed on a proforma payment basis unless otherwise agreed.
3.2.2 Proforma orders will be processed by Sarah Epsom LTD, and you will be contacted for payment upon order dispatch.
4. Terms of Credit
4.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment must be received by Sarah Epsom LTD within 14 days of the invoice date. Sarah Epsom LTD reserves the right to recover the price even if ownership of the goods has not passed to the customer.
4.2 All goods are sold on a firm sale basis only. However, you may receive refund for damaged or short delivered items. Unopened goods can be returned for a credit within 14 days of delivery.
4.3 Late Payment Fee
A late payment fee of 5% will be applied to outstanding balances after 14 days.
5. Price
5.1 The price of the goods is exclusive of VAT.
5.2 Sarah Epsom LTD reserves the right to increase prices. Retailers will be notified in advance of any price increases.
6. Returns
6.1 Return Policy
You can return unopened goods for a credit within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or short delivered items may be returned for a credit or replacement.
6.2 Return Process
Please notify Sarah Epsom LTD within 7 working days of delivery for any claims related to damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies. We will then instruct you on how to return the goods or arrange collection.
6.2, the Customer shall not be entitled to reject the Goods and Sarah Epsom LTD shall have no liability for any such damage, and the Customer shall be bound to pay the full amount as if the Goods had been delivered in accordance with the Confirmation Order.
6.3 If the Customer does not notify Sarah Epsom LTD in accordance with clause
6.4 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Sarah Epsom LTD.
